Modelled as a hinged coiled serpent, the body applied with turquoise enamel, highlighted with cushion-shaped and rose diamonds, the eyes set with cabochon rubies,inner circumference approximately 145mm, fitted case stamped Hunt & Roskell, some damage to enamel.
Three emerald and diamond brooches, second half of the 19th century
One designed as a floral spray of dog rose and lily-of-the-valley, two modelled as the head of a dog rose, set with cushion-shaped and rose diamonds, each set with a step-cut emerald, the claws accented with rose diamonds, monogrammed fitted case, two rose diamonds deficient.
Turquoise cameo and diamond demi-parure, mid 19th century
Comprising: a necklace composed of turquoise cameos carved with triumphal and Bacchanalian scenes, each within a border of cushion-shaped diamonds in cut-down collet settings, to a curb link back chain, to a similarly set diamond clasp, length approximately 390mm; and a pair of pendent earrings of similar design, hook fittings, monogrammed fitted case stamped C. Sewell
Enamel and opal necklace , Alexis Falize, 1890s
Designed as a series of opal beads, alternating with scrolling heart-shaped motifs applied with blue, red and green enamel, suspending a similar shield-shaped detachable pendant, length approximately 490mm, can be shortened to approximately 420mm, French assay marks and maker's mark for Falize, fitted case stamped Falize.
